Pressure washing and exterior cleaning in Cape Town

We clean driveways and paving, sidewalks and walkways, roofs, gutters, exterior and boundary walls, patios and pool surrounds, wooden decking and fences, and exterior windows. We also seal concrete, pavers and patios, stain (paint) pavers in a colour of your choice, paint and waterproof roofs, and repaint houses. If your job isn't on the list, ask us.

Pressure washing uses a high-pressure stream of water and suits hard surfaces like concrete and brick paving. Soft washing uses low pressure with a cleaning solution and suits surfaces that high pressure could damage, such as some roofs, painted walls and timber. The right approach depends on the surface and its condition, and we'll explain what we recommend when we quote.

A sealant helps protect clean paving against staining and makes future cleaning easier. We use Resiblock sealants and choose the product to suit your paving material. How long a sealant lasts depends on the surface, sun exposure and how much traffic it gets, so we'll talk you through what to expect for your paving when we quote.

Paver staining (painting) means applying a coloured stain to clean pavers. We use Cretesol paving colour stain, which gives the paving a refreshed look in a colour of your choice and adds protection. The paving is cleaned properly first so the stain can bond to the surface.

Yes. Roofs are cleaned and prepared first, then waterproofed where needed and painted. The work involved depends on the roof type and its condition, so please send photos with your enquiry.

The size of the area, the type of surface, how dirty it is, how easy it is to reach (for example roofs and double-storey walls), and travel distance. That's why we quote each job individually.

Not always. For outside-only jobs we need access to the area and to a water supply. We'll agree access arrangements, such as gate access, when we book.

Too much pressure on the wrong surface can damage it, which is why the method is matched to each surface. Let us know about loose or cracked tiles, crumbling grout, flaking paint or damaged areas before we start, so we can plan around them.

Move cars, pot plants, furniture and anything else off the area to be cleaned. Close windows and doors nearby, keep pets indoors, and point out outdoor plugs, lights and delicate plants.
